Hair and Makeup
Where your package includes hair and makeup, here is exactly what to expect.
What's Included
Our standard hair and makeup service is a light, natural "no-makeup makeup" look with minimal contouring. It is designed to enhance your natural features for the camera, not to create a dramatically different look. Hair is kept simple, either straightened or curled, depending on your preference.
Time allotted for this service is 10 to 15 minutes for male clients and 20 to 30 minutes for female clients. This is built into your overall session duration.

Our artist works on hair and face only. This service is not comparable to bridal, party, or glamour-level makeup.
Before Your Session
Please arrive with clean, dry hair and a bare face, so our artist has a fresh base to work with. If you have a known skin sensitivity or allergy to makeup products, let us know in advance.
If You Need Something More
If you have a specific look in mind, need a more elaborate style, or require more than one look, please discuss this with us before your booking is confirmed. This allows us to plan for the right artist, materials, and time. Anything beyond the standard scope or the time allotted is chargeable.
Fashion Hair and Makeup (Add-on)
For clients who want a more editorial or high-fashion look for their portfolio, we offer fashion hair and makeup as an add-on to the standard service.
What's Included
This goes beyond the natural, no-makeup makeup look of our standard service. Fashion hair and makeup can include bolder contouring, defined eye makeup, and a more dramatic finish suited to editorial, high-fashion, or concept-driven shoots. Hair styling can be more elaborate, including waves, volume, sleek styling, or structured looks, depending on the concept you're going for.
False eyelashes can be included as part of this service. If you have a specific reference look or mood board in mind, share it with us in advance so our artist can prepare accordingly.
Time Allotted
Fashion hair and makeup typically takes 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the complexity of the look. For multiple fashion looks within a single session, additional time will be built into your schedule accordingly.
What's Not Included
Hair extensions and coloured or cosmetic eye lenses are still not included as standard, even with the fashion add-on. These can be arranged separately if needed, or you're welcome to bring your own.
Planning Your Look
Because fashion looks vary widely, we recommend a short conversation before your shoot to discuss the concept, references, and number of looks you have in mind. This helps us confirm the right artist, time, and pricing for your session, and ensures the final result matches what you had pictured.
Pricing
Fashion hair and makeup is charged separately from the standard service. Get in touch with us for current rates based on your chosen concept and number of looks.
Session Duration
Your session duration begins at your scheduled appointment time and includes hair and makeup (where applicable), styling, and the shoot itself.
Please plan to arrive on time. Sessions conclude at the scheduled end time, so a late arrival will reduce the time available for your shoot. If you need additional time on the day, this can usually be arranged, subject to availability, at our standard rate.
Image Delivery
Final, edited images are delivered digitally within seven working days of your shoot. Images are shared via a private online gallery or download link for you to view and download at your convenience.
If you have an urgent deadline, such as a job application, agency submission, or event, let us know in advance and we will do our best to prioritise your edit.
Image Resolution
All final images are delivered in high resolution, suitable for both print and digital use.
If you require a specific resolution, aspect ratio, or file format for a particular purpose, such as an agency submission, a specific print size, or a website, let us know in advance so we can prepare your files accordingly. Web-sized or compressed versions are available on request for easier sharing on social media or messaging apps.
Editing
Every package includes standard professional retouching: colour correction, skin smoothing, blemish removal, and general polish. Our aim is a natural, believable finish rather than a heavily processed one.
If you would like a more advanced level of editing, including deeper retouching, background changes, or composite work, this is available as an add-on. You are welcome to point out specific images where you would like extra attention, and we will factor this into your standard edit.
General Guidelines

Bookings are confirmed once session details, package, and any add-ons have been agreed with our team.

No cancellations are possible once a booking is confirmed. One rescheduling is permitted in case of a genuine emergency or special circumstance, with as much notice as possible.

We recommend bringing a slightly wider selection of outfits than you think you will need. We will help you decide what works best on the day.

Solid colours and well-fitted clothing generally photograph better than busy patterns or oversized fits.

Any specific requirements, concepts, additional people joining the shoot, or props should be raised with us before your booking is confirmed.

Anything beyond what is included in your package, such as extra looks, extra time, extra images, or advanced editing, is chargeable. We will always confirm cost with you before proceeding.

Is hair and makeup included in every package?
Hair and makeup is included in some packages, such as Model Portfolio and Personal Portrait sessions, and offered as an add-on in others, such as LinkedIn and corporate headshot sessions. Check your specific package details, or ask us before booking, to confirm what is included.
What kind of makeup look can I expect?
A light, natural "no-makeup makeup" look with minimal contouring. It is not bridal, party, or glamour-level makeup. If you need a more elaborate look for a specific occasion or concept, let us know before your booking is confirmed.
How long does hair and makeup actually take?
