The edited images will be delivered in digital format within 7 working days after the shoot.
No cancellations will be possible for any bookings. One rescheduling of the date is allowed in case of any special circumstances or emergencies.
Hair and makeup: Model portfolio shoots allow for more refined and fashion-oriented styling to complement different outfits and looks. This may include more defined makeup, additional hair styling, and look adjustments during the session. The service is intended for commercial, lifestyle, fitness, and fashion portfolio photography. It does not include high-fashion editorial styling, runway looks, bridal makeup, elaborate hairstyles, or beauty campaign styling. If you have specific styling requirements or wish to create a particular look, please discuss them with us before confirming your booking. Additional time, specialist artists, or more complex styling requirements may incur additional charges.
Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment. Your package duration includes hair and makeup, styling, and photography, and the session will conclude at the scheduled end time. Late arrivals may reduce the time available for your planned looks and concepts. Additional session time can be arranged at ₹4,000 per 30 minutes, subject to availability.

How long does each session take?
Your session duration covers everything from the moment your appointment begins - preparation, transitions, and active shooting. Planning your concepts in advance and arriving on time means you get the most out of every minute. Sessions end at their scheduled time, so a late start will reduce your shooting time. If you do need a little more time on the day, additional 30-minute blocks are available at ₹4,000 per block.

Is hair and makeup included?
Yes, professional hair and makeup is included in all packages. The number of looks depends on the package chosen, and we advise on the right styling direction for your modelling goals during the pre-shoot consultation.

How many looks do I actually need for a first portfolio?
For a first portfolio approaching agencies, one to two strong looks is generally sufficient. A broader range of looks becomes more relevant once you are actively working or pursuing multiple modelling categories simultaneously.

How long will it take to receive my final images?
Final retouched images are delivered within seven working days of the shoot, across all packages.

What should I bring to the shoot?
Bring a wider selection of outfits than planned, including well-fitted basics in solid colours. We review the final selection on the day and advise on what will photograph best for your specific goals.

Will my portfolio meet agency submission requirements?
All portfolios are retouched and formatted to professional industry standards suitable for agency submission. Whether an agency proceeds with you depends on their own criteria and your individual profile, but the images themselves will hold up to professional scrutiny.
